ABOUT US
DARA Power, established in June 2023, is a subsidiary of ALTER TECHNOLOGY (8068). We focus on creating an innovative "Charging as Service" business model, flexibly entering various application scenarios. While developing our own flagship charging stations, we also integrate resources from residential complexes, commercial buildings, shopping centers, and chain retail/dining businesses to rapidly expand our charging network. Through diverse approaches including hardware sales/leasing and service subscriptions, we meet customers' differentiated needs.
As sustainability awareness rises, most countries, organizations, and businesses have begun to drive global net-zero emissions, demanding national commitments and corporate disclosure of carbon emissions and related actions. Green business opportunities subtly influence individual lifestyles and consumer behaviors. Policy advancement and personal commitment to sustainability, working hand in hand, have spurred the growth of the zero-carbon economy. From reducing plastic in products, minimizing packaging materials, and decreasing carbon emissions from transportation, it's clear that each purchase brings us closer to sustainability, making our generation the "Pioneers of Green."
ZERO-CARBON ERA
Electric vehicles are no longer a future trend but a present reality. In 2023, one-sixth of global new car buyers chose to purchase electric vehicles, with EVs moving beyond the phase of eye-catching new technology to become a part of everyday life. Many countries have set deadlines for the sale of fuel vehicles, pledging to ban the sale of such cars by 2040, including the UK, France, Germany, Japan, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and California in the USA. Taiwan also aims to fully electrify its public service vehicles and buses by 2030.
GLOBAL GOAL FOR 2040:
100% OF NEW CARS SOLD TO BE ZERO-EMISSION VEHICLES
DARA has observed that the lack of charging facilities leads to drivers' range anxiety, and the inability to install charging piles at home deters consumers from purchasing electric vehicles. There have been instances where residents were asked to remove charging stations installed in their parking spaces and were fined. Community committees are concerned about electrical safety and the risks associated with installing charging equipment in old buildings. These challenges are hard to overcome and, if not properly addressed, will prolong the transition period and become obstacles to sustainable development.
DARA SEES WHAT YOU NEED
We firmly believe that mobile charging is a more user-friendly and convenient charging mode that can bring tangible value to EV owners while driving the development of the entire EV industry and creating substantial returns for investors.
The social significance and commercial value of this business drive us to overcome various challenges. DARA provides more choices, working together with everyone to achieve a better future.
